Directors implement the long chain of script preparation and are responsible for the final performances. Directing requires the complete command of the language and a keen sense of communication, interacting with voiceover talent, engineers, supervisors and clients.

MEDIACONCEPTS' directors are expert at negotiating on-the-spot script changes and achieving the right microphone placements to emulate the voice proximities and interrelationships of the original film, thereby creating seamless audio realism in the dubbed language.

Assisting the director, the ADR sound engineer syncs each line immediately after recording, permitting the director to fine tune the adaptation. Together, they work as a team to achieve the best sound and most spontaneous delivery.
